T&Cs

  • Firstly, you have to be aged 18 or over to join.

    There are then multiple ways to sign up for rewards. None of which require a password.

    All you need is your mobile number.

    Your account and all purchases will be linked to that number. Shopping in store or online. (if your details change, no problem we can update them for you)

    -In store using our digital counter with your mobile number, email or other identifiers.

    -Scanning any of our Qr codes

  • You earn 1 star for every £6 you spend in a single transaction.

    -)You have to spend a minimum of £6 to gain 1 star

    -)£s do not carry over into another transaction.

    Example 1

    Sally buys 2 drinks for £6 in a single transaction. This does qualify for 1 star.

    Example 2

    Sally buys 1 drink for £3 in a single transaction. This doesn’t qualify for a star or contribute towards a star.

    -)Some items/collaborations may be star exempt

  • -Redeem your 5 stars

    To redeem your free ticket simply walk up to our counter and either sign in on our touchscreen register with your mobile number or tell us your name. Your 5 stars will be removed in exchange for your free ticket.

    1x Adult/Concession/Child Ticket or 1x Family Ticket (2 adults + 3 Children)

    Free tickets can only be redeemed by the account holder for the account holders single ticket or family.

    The account holder can not redeem his/her ticket for another family/group.

  • You can;

    -Simply click the link on our website and sign in to see your star balance.

    -Sign in or ask at the register with an Elsham Hall team member.

    -Follow the link sent to your email or number.

  • Unused stars will expire after 12 months.

  • Our system and policy requires the account holder to be present and be part of the redeeming free ticket family/single.

    The free ticket can only be redeemed for the account holders immediate family/friends. The account holder can not redeem his/her ticket for another family/group.

  • Simply go to where you check your rewards and click on account. It’s here you can turn off notifications.

  • Simply contact us via email at enquiries@elshamhall.co.uk or over social media.

  • We don’t plan to do this but the state of the world can change.

    We hold the right to change our Rewards scheme at any time. We will always give a minimum of 30 days notice before any changes are made. But will go out of our way to give much further notice.

  • We don’t plan to do this at all but we have the right to end our rewards scheme with 30 days notice.

  • We use the secure payment and business solution Square to provide our loyalty programme. We and they do not share your details with anyone else. We do not store your card details only identifiers and what you provide to us.
