Health and Safety essentials;
Showtime - Event starts at 5 pm, Gate opens from 3 pm. A surprise support band will perform from 4pm. Ticket and bag checks will take place at the doors.
Alcohol - For safety and licensing reasons, no external alcohol is allowed on site. A Variety of alcoholic drinks will be available to buy from the official event bar.
Prohibited Items - No outside alcohol, drugs, weapons, metal cutlery, glass, fireworks, drones, large umbrellas, picnic tables and Pets (except service animals).
Food - Food is available on site from a selection of vendors. Own picnics are permitted, but please do not bring any glass or metal cutlery.
Accessibility - The event will take place on grass. Accessible areas are available, but some terrain may be uneven. Staff are available to assist.
Weather - The event will go on rain or shine, but for your safety, extreme weather may cause delays, rescheduling, or cancellation.
Toilets - Toilet facilities will be located at the event space, including accessible faciliities.
Crowd - Please respect personal space, don’t push and follow staff instructions.
Camping - Camping is not permitted for 2026, but we are looking to provide it in the coming years.

Outdoor performances will continue in all but the worst of weather. Be sure to dress accordingly. All tickets are non-refundable. We do offer ticket insurance via a third party insurance provider called XCover. You will be given the option to take out insurance during your ticket purchases at the box office. In the event of cancellation due to exceptionally bad weather or other extenuating circumstances, alternative arrangements shall be made.
